Default Anyone been to Olive Garden lately?

Its my son's birthday and he wants to go tonight. I'm trying to pre plan my order.
From their website I think I can have:
Shrimp Scampi appetizer
House Salad
Pork Filettino or Mixed Grill (no potatoes, extra veggies)
How's that sound?

I wish they had the nutrition info available
I'm concerned about the sauce on the Mixed Grill also

I went with my mother a while back. I did have some zoupa, but I just ate a couple pieces of the meat and some of the broth. It was enough to satisfy my craving and love of it, with out cheeting or feeling deprived

For an appaizer we split a shrimp scampi, and for my meal I ordered the muscles appatizer. It was cheaper then getting a full meal, very filling, and I didn't have to leave half the meal behind or pick things off

Not really into mussels, was the salad okay? (carbwise?)
I did find some more info on the Mixed Grill sauce, so I think that's what i'll have:

Went there a couple of weeks ago with girlfriends. I had the steak and asked for veg instead of the potatoes. It was very good. Have a big plate of the house salad first and just try to ignore the yummy bread sticks!!

It's not breadsticks I'm worried about-it's the fried Calamari

Solamander - My carbohydrate books says fried calamari has 7 carbs per 3 oz. serving. Not so bad! Especially considering it says there are 3 carbs in just 2 tablespoons of their salad dressing. Take your own dressing, and get the calamari!

Hmmm....now that's good to know (should I ever find myself in an Olive Garden restaurant). I love fried calamari, and that's what I have usually ordered there in my past incarnations.

I have also eaten fried calamari (in moderation) and did not fall out of ketosis...just watch the rest of the carbs.
