Anyone here following atkins from the UK. I see loads of suggestions for breads etc, but they are all from people in the US, making availability here a bit tricky .

So if there are UK atkins followers, I'd like to hear from you, especially if you have a wealth of knowledge to let me pick your brains

There is a UK sub group on this site under Local low carbers and supports groups

As for the bread I discovered recently that weightwatchers do a brown loaf similar to milk loaf that is only 4.5 carbs a slice, I get mine from Iceland they do a white one as well but that is 5.5 g a slice.

I tend to get my other treats and stuff from www.lowcarbmegastore.com it is UK based and they have a big variety of stuff.
