Default glutmine peptide or l-glutamine?

I read:

Studies show that peptide-bound amino acids have superior absorption over free form amino acids such as L-glutamine.

----

One problem with L-Glutamine is that it is not very stable. L-Glutamine does tend to degrade, especially when it is exposed to heat or moisture. When L-Glutamine degrades it converts into ammonia, which is toxic to brain tissue and can inhibit growth. The other problem is that L-Glutamine is highly insoluble. Try putting it in water and watch how poorly it mixes up. If it's not soluble, absorption can become difficult.

L-Glutamine vs. GlutaCell

We have discovered the problems that are related to L-Glutamine. For years, researchers have tried to come up with a better way for humans to consume it. The major problem has been cost. That is until now.

At XXX, we have discovered a light cream colored powder that is produced from wheat protein that has been scientifically engineered in the lab to deliver a natural, high content of glutamine to stimulate muscle growth and recovery from physical stress. The powder is manufactured under an ISO 9002 Quality Management System and is certified GMO Free.

We call this powder XXX, a Covalent Peptide Bonded Glutamine that is 100% soluble in water, holds up to heat, and is believed to deliver up to 10 times more glutamine into the bloodstream than normal L-Glutamine.
