Post Induction

Hi, I am a newbie here. Me and my hubby started 9-13-03 together. My question is..... How long do most stay on the induction? According to the book, Its atleast 2 weeks but can be until you lose a significant amount weight. Well what is the norm for most? I don't mind it so far, I'm actually enjoying it. I don't miss most carbs at all. I do get a sweet tooth every now and then still, but it subsides. I have just been stuffing myself with meat and cheeses. Its hard to believe I'm dieting when I'm this full.......LOL

I did induction for two weeks. Then I kept that amount of carbs for the next few months but added some alternate ingredients to keep me interested like some lower carb nuts and flax o meal cereal.

The key is to not cut down on your veggies. Natural vitamins and fiber is so important to the great health you can enjoy low carbing.

I actually cut down the artificial sweetners, olives and coffee to enjoy other things later.
