i see that many of you have your fitday accounts on here so other people can see them. how do i do that? i set up an account but how do i get it to coordinate with this ?

Lucy, you have to make the account public within fitday itself, then you can create a link in your profile by editing your profile to include the fitday address. Or you can add the fitday address to your www (homepage) link in your profile.

There are many helpful hints in the sticky on how to use fitday as well.
