Default I feel AMAZING today!

my weight loss seems to have halted but I have lost 5 inches from my waist alone in 3 weeks! I have had 2 ppl who dsont see my often remark that I looked so "skinny" yea right..lol but nice compliment..they didnt know I was LC'ing....

BUT the best part is that I think I FINALLY got my burst of energry today! I feel strong and powerful, unstoppable. 3 weeks! lol I cannot stop moving! I am alert and hyper and bouncy! I am absolutely going to make it through my 1 hour of step aerobics today! I have done 3 loads of laundry wahsed a disgusting kid mess out fo a room and disinfected it, given 2 kids a bath make 2 breakfasts washed the kitchen and company already and it's not even 11am!

Oh man..this alone make life good! it's like life in twice as full and twice as nice!

thanks for letting me share!!

Default Congratulations!!

Now you know how your body was meant to feel after years and years of feeling tired, groggy and sad. that's about how long it took me to start feeling good after punishing my body with high-carb crap for 28 years. I'm glad you are feeling the rush!!!

Whenever (or if ever) you become tempted to cheat, REMEMBER this feeling! Because if you *do* cheat, it will be this feeling that will lead you back to this WOE, not the promise of more weight loss. Trust me, I've been there

I'm so glad for you!!!!!!

Diana
