Default SO I have to loose 30lbs!! :(

Is it safe to run while Im going throuh induction? I figure mixing up running with atkins I can burn fat "faster". But Im afaid if I loose these 30lbs Ill look like a stick. Im a big guy, 48" shoulders, 36" waist. Im pretty fit, just I need to loose this wieght to join the USAF. Any suggestions, tips etc?

I'm on induction and I just started running again. I feel great and I am losing pounds. Try it and see how you feel.

I think running is perfectly safe. In fact, exercise is a vital part of the Atkins WOL.

My tips are the basic stand-bys that you'll see everywhere: Eat your veggies, consume enough fat, drink lots of water, and exercise!
