Default A few questions..Morning workouts, roller blading and a cd player?

I know Ive read up on the hot links about morning cardio and the benefits but I just cant workout without breakfast first. I should avoid carbs at breakfast then? I saw that I could do cardio after weight lifting is good too. What about after cardio? What type of foods should I eat? Also, I found really great reviews at circuitcity.com and eopinions.com about Sony S2 Sports CD Walkman, so Im off to buy 1 tomorrow! That way I can roller blade and listen to music! Whoohoo! Oh, and I bought roller blades and I loooove it! My butt hurts though!! Roller blading is a form of cardio right? And how do I find what my heart rate should be when im doing cardio? Thanks guys Im a complete exercise dumdum
