She keeps asking me to take a shower. This isn't a problem I've had in the past. She hasn't had a problem with my breath yet. She tells me I smell like an old man.

Is this from the fat burning? Have others had this problem?

Change in diet will make people smell different. Are you taking all your vitamins? I've heard lack of vit. A makes people smell weird and I sure dated a guy who was "off" that way once.

Welcome to the "sweet smell of success". I am not sure why but some people develop "body oder" while in ketosis. This is not everyone mind you. Drink lots of water. This should help somewhat.

Hi Larry:

Early on I had a similar "less than dainty" body odor, and like you, I had never been one to have any noticeable natural odor. Since that time, I have added two chlorophyll tablets to my daily supps and then *poof* problem solved.

You can usually pick up chlorophyll at a health food store.

P.S. Chlorophyll will turn your *ahem* poop green - it's normal and not a cause for concern.

Question: Is it a different shade of green than it is now? Does it glow in the dark?
