Hi all,

Here's what I eat, what do you eat? What else is there to eat?

I will list what I eat just in case it gives anyone a new idea.
Here goes:

Hard salami
Pork chops
ribs
Steak
Hot sauce
Blue cheese dressing
Buddig meats
Thuringer
bratwurst
Pork rinds
Frozen chicken wings
Macadamia nuts
Beef jerky sticks
Sausages-maple syrup
Bacon
Chicken breasts
Cheese-American
Shredded cheddar cheese
pepperoni
pumpkin seeds
cream cheese plain Philadelphia-put inside a cheese slice yummy in tummy
beef

excellent snack that can easily turn into a meal is thinly sliced cotto salami with a slab of philadelphia cream cheese wapped up in the middle. Thats yummy in the tummy. Just make sure its philadelphia brand though, other cheap store brands (like kroger, big bear, giant eagle) contain 5x as many carbs and sugars.

-pork rinds w/ hot sauce (try it!)
-boneless skinless chicken breasts w/garlic

low card taco shells
strawberries
cantaloupe
broccoli
water water water water!
