I went on a bike trip this weekend at the Elroy-Sparta trail in Wisconsin and rode 30 miles. Oh....My butt hurts. The longest I've ever gone before is 7 miles. The boys lasted too. It was awesome.

Hello! I Love that bike trail. I haven't gone 30 miles just 18 but went through the old railroad tunnel. Awesome bike trail. I live in Portage Wisconsin. Where are you from! Love the low carb .

That is the first time ever there. It was awesome. Made it through three tunnels. The last one we went through was a 1/2 mile long. I can't believe i did 30 miles.
