There are plenty of recipes in the kitchen area of the forums. Buffalo wings are low carb by nature (as long as there's no breading.) I'd recommend Frank's read hot sauce mixed with a little bit of butter for the "buffalo suace." I also purchase the "drumettes" at the grocery store, I prefer those over wings.

As a matter of fact, there's a great wing sauce I use that you can get in the grocery store. It's called Asadi or something like that and has a picture of a chicken and a circle around it. It's that wing sauce orange. It's definatley warm and makes your nose run and has 0 carbs and 0 sugar!

hubby and i had some yesterday for lunch with a celery stalk and blue cheese dressing.
i put about 1/4 cup olive oil in a big bowl, added some granulated garlic and onion, cayenne (lots), 1 tbsp splenda, sea salt, black pepper and cumin.
coated the wings and let them sit for a couple of hours.
put wings out on the barbeque til done and back in the bowl to which i had put 1/2 cup of franks sauce mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter and 2 tbsp. tabasco.
toss to evenly coat and chow down!

I use the RedHot hot sauce and butter too. I do believe the recipie is on the back of the bottle. It's really good, and EASY! I also use drumsticks/legs. I've been making that way long before I started Atkins.

I like Franks Red Hot with butter-Tastes awesome. I like to grill up some boneless skinless chicken breasts and baste them with the wing sauce then serve with ranch dressing-YUMMY.

I agree about the Franks RedHot sauce, it's all I use Annnnnyway....I mix Franks, butter, black pepper, a little cayenne pepper and a half a capfull(yes a half a CAP, not cup!) of red wine vinegar. I don't measure, I just add until it tastes right

Cool chicken wing sauce

the easiest sauce I have found only has 2 ingredients:
melt a stick of light butter
stir in hot sauce to taste

Hope that works for you

Try boiling your wings before putting on the grill......about 10 minutes approx.....this helps cook them a bit and avoids them from drying out....I use the Frank's with butter too and make my own variations!!
