Cool yo yo yo!

hey my low carbin people! whats up?....ok so ive been on atkins for 3 weeks now. I started out at 171.5, lost a few lbs the first week, lost more the 2nd week (i think because my period was the first week, i had all that bloating weight) and finally got to 163 (omg, i havent been this thin since beginning junior high!!!)...since then, i havent lost any! what am i doing wrong? (id like to weigh less than 160, more close to 155/150)
I workout almost everyday doing cardio and weights. I used to eat the bars, but cut them out a few days ago cause i heard they arent that great for induction. My cals range anywhere from 1000-1600 a day. I eat alot of tuna, chicken, steak, (too much protein the prob?) bacon, eggs, mayo, ranch salad dressing...also, i drink atleast 12 big glasses of water a day. ...whats the prob? do i need more fats? im open to anything!!!

It's probably just your body adjusting to its new weight. This happens to almost everyone sooner or later. Just hang in there and you will see the scale start inching down again. Congratulations on your progress so far. It's great!
