DH lost 5lbs for the first loss in a month. He has lost 57lbs in 6 months.

I lost one pound for the first loss in over a month
But at least I haven't gained and it is one pound gone.

After doing a lot of researching, I am pretty sure I have a yeast infection. Scored 171 on the Candida test. I Started probiotics last week, hope it helps.
Just had to brag a little. Am going to change my present weight now.
