Default Are there foods that you HAVE to ban from your home?

I have to ban peanuts in a shell. I could watch my favorite shows and just crack* and eat, crack* and eat....I also love fresh cheese......yummy....Just too much of it....yikes!

I myself have very good self discipline. I simply decide not to eat certain foods (high carb) and that's that. However when my wife joined me on this WOE, we had to go through our cabinets and give away every high carb item in the house. Out of site out of mind.

So far, so good. However, I think if there were a Snickers bar around, I would be sorely pressed!

I have a kitchen packed FULL of goodies, chocolate, cookies, chips, ice cream, fresh bread, wine, beer - it's sometimes taken a bit of willpower when everyone else is eating and drinking around me but I just remind myself that those jeans feel better than any of them taste (apart from the wine I do still have!)

I do not ban anything from kitchen. I rarely crave carbs and when I do I drink a Diet Pepsi just for the sweet taste.
