Default Fish and meat...

Well after starting Atkins for about a few weeks now, I'm starting to get tired of just buying already made food and want to spice it up a bit by cooking my own stuff with my newly acquired George Forman Grill . Any one have any good fish and meat recipies that they use on the GFG? I'm dying to try fish and like steak . Thanks!

LOL... you don't need the George Forman Grill, you need a good pan that will keep in all the good fats and not let them drain away...

Steak (seasoned with just salt and pepper), pan fried in butter and Mushrroms, then serve with a green leaf salad... Fantastic...

GFG=Very Cool.

My husband and I just recently bought the Atkins BBQ sauce and Teriyaki sauce--what a difference. We also searched the grocery store for some "legal" marinades (check it out there's a few there). So now our meats taste different all the time.

Try grilling up some steak, adding broccoli, a little bit of almonds, consomme beef soup, Atkins Teriyaki, a tad of sesame oil, and some sweet and low. Wah Lah--Low-Carb Beef with Broccoli. Can't wait to here what you've come up with.
