Question Coincidence?

I allowed myself ONE Reeses sugarfree peanut butter cup, and today, I'm struggling not to eat everything that crosses my path!!! (Pray for the guinea pig!)

I don't know if it's the lacitol, the sense of celebration from getting rid of the 5lbs I had put back on, or evil TOM approaching... maybe a bad combination of all three?

Hi PotatoFree (love your name) and I LOVE your cow!!!

I find that when I have some sugar alcohols that I can get cravings so I take the L-glutamine for sugar cravings. It will also help to eat something high fat to squelch that nasty craving.

Now repeat after me: BAD CRAVING! BAD CRAVING! This is most effective.
