Sometimes it is the weather - heat will do it. Sometimes I think the "fat gods" just decide to be nasty.

Actually, the fat cells hate to lose fat so they tend to grab a bunch of water to plump themselves up again. But if you stay on your plan, they eventually give up. Strangely, the best way to lose bloat is to drink lots of plain water.

Are you getting enough potassium in veggies and perhaps using the "No Salt" product to supplement it? Your body can't send water across the cell membranes and out of the body unless the potassium and sodium are in balance. LCing is a diuretic and that means we lose water, but we also lose potassium throught that.

Hope this helps.

Weather, TOM, medications, Allergies, food allergy, sodium, .... all have an impact on bloat and being up in water-weight. I know....go thru this all the time.

Oh, the best way to get rid of bloat is more water...ironic, but true.
