Question What is the "proper" balance to follow for Atkins?

I am so glad to have found this forum. I've been reading like crazy, and learning so much. I also started using fitday.com, and I love the pie chart it created for me. Not to mention that I was definately eating too many carbs before. It has certainly been enlightening. My fats seem to be higher than my proteins. What is a good guideline to follow on Atkins? Should the fat and protein be equal with minimal carbs, or should the protein be higher? I don't recall reading about that in DANDR.

Thanks!!

You should try for about 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs - according to fitday's pie chart.
