Question Anybody feel weaker on induction?

I have noticed more muscle aches and decreased workout strength. Do you think 20 carbs may not be enough for me? Thanks!

There were some days I felt really weak too. Along with a lack of energy. I got over it so I am curious about the carb count as well. I suppose it is just your body adjusting--or possibly going through withdrawal? That's my 2 cents worth!

When I was on Atkins and doing BFL strengh training, I literally HAD to up carbs before a workout. I got the worst muslce cramps I had EVER had in my life - and I had already been doing the strength training for a very long time, so it wasn't just that i was starting a new program.

I didn't up carbs in general, I only did it 1/2 hour to 1 hour right before workout. Also, taking cal/mag supplement is a MUST. Potassium works quickly and is a also a must if you're having any muscle probs.

Good luck!
