just wanted to say hi and will need all your support on this Atkins thing

question my wife is not losing the wait as fast as I am.
She is getting really down is it harder for a women to lose the weight then men??????

Yes. My husband lost 20 lbs practically overnight! It took me months!!! Tell her it's normal, our metabolism is slower than men.

He really annoys the heck out of me when he complains that he's stalling!!
