Default My Birthday dinner

Just thought I'd share this kinda funny story with everyone. Yesterday was my 24th birthday, so my Aunt cooked me steak and eggs and my Mom made a cheesecake with Splenda...I was going to celebrate AND stay on my diet! Well, my Aunt also made a cheesecake--a REAL one. She begged me to just have one little bite to taste it. I gave in, had a little bite, and felt totally guilty afterward, since I have done so well since I started. I was sure it would stall my weight loss for a week. Imagine my surprise when I weighed this morning and lost 2 lbs.!

My Aunt must have put magic in that cheesecake!

I hear this more & more, maybe your body needs a restart or kickstart?
I will try this and have Pizza, Krispy Kreme, Blizzard (DQ), then weigh in the next day?

How nice of your family to make you Atkins friendly foods, even with that bite of sugary cheesecake force fed to you. Seriously though, a bite isn't much, I'm sure you were just due for a whoosh!

Happy belated birthday!
