Default What a wonderful feeling.

I have such a wonderful feeling right now, one of inner peace, because for the first time in my life I know, I mean I absolutely KNOW, that I am going to be fit and thin and beautiful.

I know that when I go clubbing on my 21st birthday, all the guys will admire me.

I know that I'll do handsprings on the sidewalk, and somersaults down the beach.

I know that I'll hike for miles, and see the places I can't visit right now.

I know that I'll walk into a clothing store and buy anything I want.

I know I'll be able to benchpress more than I weigh.

I know that I'll run miles, just for the hell of it.

I know that I'll wear sexy lingerie and not feel akward or ashamed.

I know that I'll bicycle down the coast with a very special guy.

I know that I'll put on a bikini and learn how to surf, with the whole beach watching. (and i won't float like a cork. he he)

I know that not one more minute of my will life be wasted being unhealthy.

Best of all, I know that there is nothing stopping me.

And what a relief this knowledge is.

Confidence and Commitment, that's got to be a winning combination.
Great to hear you so full of them both.

Hi Dewdropt

What a great set of targets for the future. You have given yourself the time to get there as well. I hope that you have posted them in your journal for reference.

If only I had known about low carbing when I was your age I would not have so much of a weight problem now.

I wish you every success.

Great mind set. Now...just post this note that you wrote on the refrigerator. You are young enough and smart enough to be able to make this happen!
