Question yogurt with nutrasweet....

I was wondering if it is ok to eat yogurt with nutrasweet in it since
it doesn't have any sugar in it? Lemon flavored one.

All the yogurts with nutra-sweet that I have seen have still been high in carbs. I suppose it is the dairy in them.

They should all have the carb content on the nutrition label on the side. Check that out, if you think the number is low enough that you can squeeze it into your allowance, it might be okay. Personally, I wouldn't, but that is just me. I definitely would not do it on induction. I guess it depends on where you are at.

Hope that helps!!!

PS-If you make a package of sugar-free jello according to the instructions and mix in 4 oz of softened cream cheese with a mixer, you get a nice fruity dessert once it has set. It has a consistancy similar to yogurt. This only has one carb per serving.
