Have you read "Atkins for Life"? Wanna discuss it?
Atkins newest (and, I guess, final) book is "Atkins for Life." It is aimed at people who have reached goal and now need to figure out how to eat for the rest of their lives.
One thing that he says is that as we raise our carbs to the non-gaining/non-losing level, that we will have to eat less fat.
I'm having a very hard time giving up the fat!
Has anyone else read the book?
