Smile What weekend? When? Where?

Ancient history, my friend!

There's so much success in the air - choose to grab a piece of it for yourself! Just take it one bite at a time - you'll be rewarded well for your efforts!

hang in there because ive heard that someone was stallin and had not lost in a while and cheated for a few days and then went back on the woe and started loosing again. i would not do this on purpose because i cant cheat once i keep on going for months at a time. like a food alcoholic. haha.

it will be fine. set your mind to what you want to do and do it.

have a great day!

Default You came back...

so like it was already said...the rest is history. What matters is that you're here, now, in this moment...and that's all any of us really have. Welcome back!

Thumbs up

I too have had weekends like this and you know the old saying ,"what doesn't kill ya makes you stronger" well if you don't make these mistakes you will never learn, we are all human.

The important things is that you came back and now you can continue on your way.

Don't sweat the small stuff!!

Take Care
Stephanie

Post Thanks guys

Stephaniel What a wonderful way to look at it!!!!!!!!!!!!
this is day two of my new beginning and I do feel armed with more will power.

Toria Thanks and I do feel less gulity of this weeken(the further I get away from it )

I CAN and WILL do this I just have to get online EVERYDAY to get my support from caring and encouraging folks as you two.

Well I have not started back to working out ( walking with Leslie Sansome) but that is my goal for next week.

It is hard to because everday something new on this BODY makes sure that it hurts (now is my lower back)
You'd think that I would do better (flash back from this weekend)if only for the reason of my back, leg, knee, and the infamous rubbing if the legs. Sorr yI had to go there just frustrated with my body. Talk with you gals later

Default You can do it

Chantel:

Just keep taking those baby steps forward and tell yourself you can do it, because you can.

We all do things we wished we didn't, but we just have to move
forward and remember things will look better tommrow and you will feel better too.

I am pre-TOM and feeling the bloat, got on my scale and was disgusted, but I knew that I just must continue on my journey, eat right and weight again after TOM.
