Okay let me just say moving hurts when your fat. But I walk every other day anyway. I didn't get a lot of walking in yesterday (we went to a car show) But I have to walk for sure today. i want to do water aerobics but I want a class with only women or older people because I weigh 335 and just feel kind of shy. My husband has the crossbow (kind of like a cheap cheap bowflex) I don't know where to start this is driving me nuts. I'm open for suggestions. My legs swell alot but I won't take the medication because I don't want it to mess up my weight loss. I would like to talk to someone who really knows about obese people and excercise.
