Whoosh...

Right out of Obesity. I couldn't believe it...But, when I got on the scale this morning...it said 220.5. So, I waited a couple hours and got back on the scale figuring I'd get something different: 220. Checked it again and 220. I was expecting it to take a couple more weeks. I still can't believe it myself. I've never lost this much in a week before...and the timing could not be any better.

59,000,000 Obese Americans ??? Make that 58,999,999 Obese Americans.

I'm trying to get out of the "moderately overweight" category into the "slightly overweight" category. I get a glimpse of how I'll feel when I get there, by reading your wonderful post!
