Not all diet drinks contain Aspartame. Look for those that are sweetened with Splenda instead such as Diet Rite.

In the US:

Diet Rite
Diet RC (may contain Caffeine)
Boylan's Diet Birch Beer
Boylan's Diet Root Beer
Clover Valley Diet Cola (Dollar Tree Brand)(contains Caffeine)

Since, I see you are in Canada...I will mention that some Canadians have claimed to have found Diet RC (up there) to contain Aspartame. I have no idea why this is. But, I would read the labels first since apparently...they use different sweeteners in different countries.

Found a great tasting diet drink at Costco. "Diet Ice Botanicals" made by Talking Rain out of Preston, WA. Web site www.talkingrain.com. Comes in several flavors. Just finished one called Key Lime with red clover, dandelion and vitamin C. Sweetened with Splenda. No calories, fat, protein, sodium or CARBS! (there's no fruit, just extracts, in the drink). Have tried it 1/2 and 1/2 with seltzer when I want the fizz.

Exclamation Aspertaam

Lookup on the internet about aspertaam.
Trust me, you don't want to drink or eat that stuff!
Still wonder why the FDA in the us allow's it. Same thing here in Europe. In Japan though it's stricktly forbidden in food or drinks. They red the rapports on it. In stead they allow Stevia

But then again, that's free so you can't make money out of it.
