Do you like avacado? I add it to my salad, as well as full fat mayonnaise. Or a shake with a generous helping of cream/ coconut cream?

Edit : oops - I bet these are high in calories - I wasn't thinking cauz I don't count the calories myself yet

I take a couple of tablespoons of cream cheese, add some splenda and a little heavy cream and stick into the microwave for 7 seconds. Stir it up and I have cheese cake!

I tried something kind of like that earlier today. I took some heavy cream and whipped it with DiVincci syrup until soft peaks formed. (The syrup prevented stiff ones) Then I added some marscapone (Type of Italian cream cheese, yummy) in and whipped some more. It was sooo good. The marscapone made it for stiffer peaks and gave it a wonderful texture. I also put in a little unsweetened coconut, nut may leave that out next time.

I seem to have a hard time getting all my fat in for the day. I have found that I had to retrain my brain from all the years of low fat dieting. I now cook my meat in olive oil or unsalted real butter. I also have 10 green olives a day and/or celery with cream cheese.

anais

Pork rinds is exactly what I did last night. I wasn't low on fat, just kind of very little hungry and wanted something with no carbs. Those things can be just as bad as chips if you leave the bag open near by though. Lucky for me there was only about 1.5 servings left in it

Macadamia Nuts!!! And, if you are looking for a way to add fat without adding many calories, sorry , but you're outta luck.

Usually, if by the end of the day you are short on fat, the ONLY way to bring it up markedly is to eat something that is nearly 100% fat---which means (again, usually) about 100 calories per oz. or tablespoon or serving.

I've been in this bind many times when I haven't kept my fat up during the day. If I eat fish or chicken, I MUST remember to douse it in fat or it will really effect my fat totals for the day. It's much easier to keep the fat up during the course of the day than to try and play catch up. Also, it is better to mix the high fat in with your diet during the course of the day (much more fat burning efficient) than to lump alot of your daily fat into one eating in the end of the day. Make sense? hope so
