Cool Took The Plunge!

Well guys...I finally did it. I BOUGHT A TREADMILL!!!!! $100 off couldn't hurt, right? I kept thinking all of the way home, "well, now I HAVE to excercise!" I'll just hang the reciept from the monitor on it and I won't ever skip excercising! Great motivation!

Have a wonderful LC day!!!

Talking Treadmills rock!

I hate running, but I make myslef do it because (for me) it's the single most efficient way to lose weight. Treadmills were a lifesaver when I really couldn't deal with running outside (and the whole neighborhood gawking at my jiggling, huffing self.)
Good luck!

Thumbs up

Congratulations, Abby!

I'm sure it will be worth every penny.
My goal is to get a treadmill too, and I can't wait.

Default exercise machine

Would that I could afford one, myself! I can't afford a gym membership, either, so I run laps on my stairs. I'm sure that annoys my neighbors, as I own a three level townhome...

Good on you!

Default Y?

I don't know what your neighbohood YMCA is like, but when I first started exercising it was a cheap, no frills alternative to the local gym.
Good luck!
