How do you test for Ketosis? What happens in this phase?

Hi there Alaska,

If you go to "Low Carb Tips" on the orange bar at the top of your screen, you'll find an article called "Ketosis and Ketone Test Strips" where our Doreen T explains all the ins and outs of ketosis.
