Question I just don't

Ok, I am lost, I just do not no how to calculate, I have the numbers but don't know what they mean......How much of carb's I am to have, and how much protein to have. I am not a good reader so the book is not sinking in. Does someone have a menu I can go by?????

You might find the Atkins website a bit more helpful: www.atkinscenter.com each phase is explained briefly and there are lists of what is and is now allowed.

You might want to check out several journals to see what people are eating. Some people also have their fitday links at the bottom of their posts and that might help you, too.

If you are doing Atkins and are in induction you can have up to 20 g of carbs a day from the listed allowed foods. If you look at your food packages, they have the carb amounts per serving listed.

I think first of all you really need to chose which plan you want to follow. Each one have different rule. On will start you off with 20 carbs, while another 30. Atkins overall does not count protien you should have only carbs. Once you chose an eating style it will be easier for you to pick up on the rules.
