Default Anybody else very tired?

I have never slept better since starting this wol. It's great. I'm just so tired during the day and can't figure out if it's because my 2 year old stopped taking naps of if I'm doing something wrong. Maybe I'm not drinking enough water or something? Any ideas would be great. I'm on week six. Wondering when this energy boost is going to kick in....

i just finished my first week and am by no means an expert but one thing does come to mind. are you taking any supplements? i have read that this can help with fatigue. just a thought.

I was very tired and miserable my first week but I feel really good now after 2 weeks. I am taking a multi-vitamin and CoQ10 though. Hope you feel better soon.
