Hello Qball,
I would love to receive some advice from you. I read Atkins about 2 years ago, now I can't find my book. Iam going top buy another today. Is the 20 grams of fat set in stone for the first 2 weeks? I mean can you have less, or is less bad? Yesterday I had 2 eggs scarmbled with hard cheese, 2 pieces of fried chicken, ribs, and lettuce with reg. dressing. Also coffee creamer because I didn't have cream. I guesstimate that I took in 15 carb grams. Is this OK, or should I be trying to get exactly 20 grams per day? Thanks!
