Default Anyone Else Have This Problem

When I hit what I feel is a stall I immediately react by eating less. Argggh low fat brain washing. Eating less of course prolongs the stall. After about a week I realize I'm only eating about two meals a day! Two skimpy meals a day is not what got my weight down. Consuming more calories is what got my weight loss jump started. So this week I started eating again and am down three pounds!

I just have to repeat this like a mantra EAT! EAT!

Have I done it? Yep. It is almost an automatic thing. LIke when I started LC'ing - trying to avoid fat was automatic - I had to work hard on eating the stuff. And this is too. I still find myself doing, even lately. Thanks for the reminder to eat eat eat!

Default I have that panicky feeling at times too....

but then I make myself eat. I re-read portions of DANDR and reaffirm that I'm doing the right thing. I increase my water, watch my salt....and keep to my regular exercise routine. It's normal to panic but I think we all forget that we didn't gain it overnight...we aren't going to lose it overnight (my favourite dr. philism) Keep your chin up...keep motivated...keep posting!

Default Yes, I have that problem

Yes, I have that problem. It was good to read your post and know that I'm not the only one. My appetite has gone down so much that I have to force myself to eat. I never did overeat -- I just have an over-reaction to carbs.
