Default I'm bummed, sort of

Hi all - I went for my weigh in at Curves today, lost a total of 4.5" overall in 3 months, only lost 2 lbs. (I don't really gauge weight since I work out), but my body fat only went down .5% - I keep my fat between 65%-70%, carbs around 5%, and the rest protein - Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks - I'm just a bit disappointed, that's all.

Hi Vikki! How about increasing your fats above 70%? My body seems to be "resting" at 161 so I doing that and hoping it will work. Maybe try upping your water too. I use olive oil and coconut oil for fat. Let me know if it works. Good luck!

Peace

Thanks Red, I'll give it a shot with the fat. I drink 4.5 litres of water a day, I don't think I can drink anymore.

Great job on the water Vikki . I normally drink 4 litres but during my TOM last week and beginning of this week, I upped it (6 litres) and I was always in the washroom.

Peace
