back again and looking for encouragement and support please

Hi All,

Back again after a break from Atkins for over 2 months Thankfully didnt complete screw it up and have not really put any weight back on but have not lost any either.
So I have a new Goal to July 8th when i am off on my Holiiers so back on track today and hopefully stick with it as i tried last week and crashed by the 4th day.
So fingers crossed.
