Actually I spend most of my time getting my water in, never seem thirsty beyond that. BUT if I do want I soda, equal be dammed, I would still go for a diet coke!

They have a list of stores that sell it. However, I buy it at Kash N Karry which isn't on their list. I don't know if KnK has a parent company that might be on the list...

My kids love it. I've been drinking it too. It is really good and is sweetened with Splenda and Ace K. We also drink Kool aid sweetened with Splenda. Tea w/Splenda.

Default Drinks

Iced green tea
Regular iced tea with lemon and splenda
Kool Aid flavored with Splenda
Seltzer [club soda] mixed with a sugar free syrup.

I miss a Coke with pizza or fries burger with a BUN and a Coke
Hey-thats how I got here in the first place !
Truth is that Coke and the others have so much sugar in them and no other value whatsoever. So busting that addiction for life is what this plan is all about.
Its not easy to be fooled ! Write to Dr Pepper and tell them to switch to Splenda-its so much better then the taste of nutrasweet.

I must confess to doing the Diet Colas. I've been drinking them for years and can't stand sugared beverages.
My problem with Diet Rite Cola is that it tastes too sweet even with a lemon in it. I picked up some Shasta at Long's yesterday. I don't drink it everyday because I really prefer unsweetened ice tea.

Hansen's diet soda's are great. Sweetened with Splenda. Not overly sweet. I usually find them in the health food section of the store and on occasion they are actually on "special."

Default Crystal Light

Water doesn't take away that nasty taste that Atkins give - try Crystal Light or Fruit 02 - 0 carbs!!!

water!!!

You really don't need anything else. And I can assure you, that if you stick with water for a while, you won't want anything else most of the time.

Sweet drinks, even if with splenda, can trigger cravings. You need to drink at least 8 cups of water a day, and if you are chugging down the other stuff, your chances of having enough water are lower.

I basically drink nothing but water. On the odd occasion, I'll have a decaf coffee (black, espresso) or a martini as a special treat. But for thirst? H2O is the stuff of life.

Default I am not a big pop drinker

However I gravitate towards colas. I think it was just the strong fizz that got me because I now drink sparkling water, unsweetened but flavored with lemon. Sparkling waters satisfies my desire for pop.

I used to have a glass of juice every morning and that was hard to give up. So when I really want something in the morning besides H2O, then I have a glass of crystal light or tea.

WATER! WATER! WATER!

I will occasionally mix some Fruit2O with water for a treat. I've had three dietCokes and two glasses of iced tea in six months.

Coffe in the AM, water the rest of the day and decaf tea with splenda in the evening. I was never a Pepsi or Coke person, but I do miss my Tropicana
