This is my 4th week and I have not cheated!!! But subconsciously...in my sleep I have eaten a box of Cheezits, 2 boxes of chocolates, fries from BK drive thru and last night....1/2 chick sand. chips and a warm bun w/ garlic butter. I don't just eat these in my dreams, I know I've cheated and I feel guilty and bloated in my sleep. Anyone else finding this to be true? Thankfully it's just dreams...but it's messing w/ me.

Actually I have been having this daydream where a big loaf of italian bread is chasing me....no joke.
I went to get my sf jello yesterday and had to walk thru the candy, cookie aisle....oh wow I could smell the sugar everywhere!!!! It was overpowering but I wasn't tempted beyond control. I think my carb addiction is really going away fast, thankfully.

Last night I dreamed I made a batch of warm chocolate chip cookies! I didn't see if I ate any of them or not though . Now I can't get the picture of warm melted chocolate out of my mind!

I have experienced the same!! I´ve been dreaming that I was at a restaurant and got Pasta I remember that I thought... I should not, then I said aha it is "proti pasta" it is a pasta we have in Swdden based on Soja, so it has a high amount of protein. I had bad feelings when I woke up that morning..... I found it a bit scary that I dream about a "forbidden" thing and actually feel bad about it when I weak up...

indigo Arial I hear ya on the carb dreams! I dreamt I was eating chocolate chip cookies after being on Atkins a few weeks, & so did my boyfriend who is also on Atkins!

We can always dream...

I dream about food all the time! When I'm awake I'm fine, but in my dreams I dream about foods with carbs all the time and I wake up mad at myself for cheating. It's crazy!!! I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one.
