Lightbulb looking for support on the Atkins diet.

I am stuck and not lossing. I have been following the induction again. Tommorrow is my two week mark and no more weight has come off. I am very frustrated. I thought this was the diet for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to give up and I am so sick of being FAT>>>

I am new to this too, but having great results. I am eating more than I ever have and am not hungry and I AM LOOSING WEIGHT. What are you eating? Maybe you are eating too many carbs or you are not eating enough. Are you exercising?

There are 2 other women in my office doing Akins with amazing results - so it can be done.

You might try posting your stats and menu so we can take a look at it and see what you may be doing wrong.

It is normal to go without loss for a bit-
dieting is like life, everyday is not a perfect day and weeks can feel like years so dont take it so hard.
Important thing to remember is when you go up on carbs you can go out of ketosis. Going induction style will let you know whats going on with your level of acceptable carbs.
You need to stop saying you are so fat and start saying you are eating healthy.
Most Americans could stand to lose weight, check out the statistics you are in the majority. The difference is you want to change that and have made a commitment to being healthy again which means you will weight less.
Think positive about the road you are on and it will get less bumpy

According to your profile, you have only been on this WOE for three weeks. You have already lost 21 pounds, and are more than a third of the way to your goal.
It sounds like you are doing great.
Be patient, and follow the plan. It will happen.
