Chilli was an accident sort of.
I always fry up hanburger meat and add low carb taco seasoning and eat with cheese on top.
I did this and added a couple of spoons of tomato paste, a few splashes of tobasco sause, a couple of teaspoons of steels bbq sause. (sugar free) I can of black soy beans, sone green pepper, 1/2 onion spring and simmered.

It was very thick, juiceless really, very strong flavour, my dh had his wrapped in high carb tortillia breads, I ate mine in a bowl topped with shredded cheddar. It was so good and done in 20 minutes flat. By the lowest carb and sodium taco seasoning you can find, use it with tobasco to fire it up. some chilli pepper would work too, I didnt have any.
I will be making this a regular meal. Carb count is low, have not calculated numbers but by ingrediants, its low.

I have been good today, water and roasted chichen, some skin so far, im goona have a bowl of spinache soon with more chicken
dinner will be cheeseburger, broccoli and NO BUN.
