What is the difference between TSP #1 & #2 ? Is the cookbook good?
Do I need to read #1 first or should I just buy the newer book?

TSP II is much more detailed than the first. They are both easy reads. I have both and would tell you to buy the second to get the most for your money. I also have the regular cookbook and use it daily. It's great because it gives you recipes that have ingredients you would normally buy and the nutrition info regarding carbs, fats, protein etc. Also, check out her website www.schwarzbeinprinciple.com to get a peek at some of the info.

I only have book II and the Vegetarian Cookbook. Every recipe has been great, easy ingredients to find. I plan to buy the Regular Cookbook next, the vegetarian one was given to me. SPII is very thorough and it probably isn't necessary to get the first book.
