Question Almond Flour

The package of Almond flour I bought does not list the nutritional facts. It just says the only ingredient is almonds. I tried to find it listed in the carb counter here, and it is not there. Could someone please help me out? I am looking for the carbs, fiber, serving size, calories, etc... for almond flour. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

TIA,
Chickadee

Hi,

The almond flour I bought (thru King Arthur, I think) has 2 ECC for every 1.5 ounce. So each cup has 10.7 ECC. For me, almond flour is a "special treat" I use for desserts and breakfast items sometimes since it is a bit higher in carbs than some other LC flours out there. But it is SO yummy.

Bye.
