Default help - carb counting

o.k. i think i need help. i checked the low carb tools to make sure i am calculating correctly but to a new person, this is very confusing. i know it is a lot to ask, but if someone out there could help me review my menu and tell me if you think i am missing something. i really, really would appreciate it. thanks.

typical things i eat:

breakfast -
2 cups decaf/teas.cream/1sweet&low 3 carbs
2 egg omelet w/ turkey in it 2 carbs
1 egg/2 egg whites 2 carbs
mock danish 4 carbs
egg mockmuffin 2 carbs

lunch - salad with protein 2 carbs (lettuce)
i figure the protein is 0 carbs

dinner - chicken breast 0 carbs
broccoli 5 carbs

snacks - 10 almonds/mac. nuts 2 carbs
celery 1 carb
2 tbs. almond butter 3 carbs
jello w/whipped topping 1 carb
strawberries 5 carbs
slice of cheese 1 carb

the dressing i use says "no carbs.." could that be true?
it also has no calories, no sugar, no nothing but it tastes good

does this sound about right? i know, i know, i am asking you to hold my hand and walk me through it but i just feel i am missing something....

don't they always say "no question is a stupid question." ha ha

thanks so much. i am glad to know that i am not making any mistakes that could stall my weight loss because any little extra wrong thing i do really makes a difference because i am so short. sometimes i think i have a height problem more than a weight problem. (ha ha )

Thumbs up Keeping track of Carbs

A Great tool for keeping an eye on your amt of carbs is to log your food into www.fitday.com it will break your food down into fat, protien and carbs and also show your total amt of fiber so that you can deduct it from your carb count.
