I know all alcohol contains some carbs , but which is the lowest in carbs and sugars? Im sure someone outthere knows hehehe

Actually spirits have no carbs.

Just remember that the body uses alcohol as fuel before it uses food, so drinking can slow down weight loss. However an occasional glass is not a big drama.

Atkins does not permit alcohol on Induction, but after that you can drink. Protein Power says you can have a glass of red wine daily, so as I said, an occasional drink or two doesn't do too much harm.
