Cool First choose your plan...

Hi...one of the first things you shuld do is pick a particular plan and stick with it for a while. If you look at the right side of the computer screen, under quick links you'll see a link for "which low carb plan is for me?" Click there -- it will help you wade through the information on various plans more easily. Then, get as much informations as you can on the plan you choose, including buying the book and reading it thoroughly.

Two things you can start right now:
(1) start drinking plenty of water -- 64 oz. +. All the plans call for drinking lots of water and the sooner you start, the sooner your body will get used to it (so you won't be running to the restroom all day long).
(2) start taking (if you aren't already) a daily multi-vitamin

Good luck and let us know which plan you choose!
