Default My first serious test of willpower...

Came tonight at work. Someone brought in a chocolate-caramel turtle cake. It smelled and Looked SOOOOO good. I wanted to eat it really bad. I didn't, because I knew it wasn't worth the price I'd pay - feeling like crap, being kicked out of ketosis, etc.

I am just worried - things did not even tempt me the first six weeks on this WOE. Why now?

GOOD FOR YOU for not caving in to the sweets..Each time you will feel better that you passed it up..Not worth the stress you give yourself for giving in..We are more aware of our woe and seems like carbs are available more often..Or at least we seem to think we do..A job well done..pat yourself on the back..

TOM can cause cravings to be stronger...if its anywhere near that time then that could explain why.
