Default Another homade jello

I wanted to make homade jello and found a great recipe that is carb free

1 cup Tortini or DaVincci sugar free syrup
2 packets knox gelitin
1 cup boiling water

Sprinkle gelitin over the syup in large bowl. Let sit for around 1 min. Pour boiling water over the gelitin mixture and stir until gelatin is disolved. Chill in fridge until firm, at least 2 hours.

This recipe is asperteme free unlike sugar free jello, and it uses no powdered splenda which saves on carbs from the fillers. It also is free of the molodextrin found in koolaid.

For the entire recipe it's around 50 calories with 12g of protien and 0 fat or carbs. (each packet of knox gelitin has 25 calories and 6g protien)

Default Thank you

I feel with the Kool-Aid, I'm using more Splenda than I should. But I need some more syrup flavorsl. I think Kahlua and Caramel would be some weird jello.

I used strawberry I think. I also have raspberry, peach and lemon-lime. Coconut would be weird, especially if you mixed in coconut. Don't know if I want ot try that or it sounds to scary
