Question CAD Weight Gain!!

I've been bouncing between the Aitkins and the CAD diet for a long time- Usually for 1 month at a time and I seem to be gaining weight whenever I switch to CAD which then repeatedly leads me back to the Aitkins diets to shake off the excess weight.
Are there any tips to make the transition to CAD a little less stressfull?

Yes--I think you have to stick with it--and bear the initial weight loss--it will come off--but if you bounce back and forth, you really are just setting up your body--if you have been doing CAD for a month, try to commit to 3 months, and see if there is a difference--you may have to bear some initial weight gain--also make sure you are cleanly following the rules of CAD--good luck

I agree, you really need to choose a plan and stay with it. Many notice a slight gain when they first start CAD as your body becomes accustomed to carbs again. With switching back and forth you are probably playing havoc on your insulin response.

Also while your a shortie like me, 98 pounds may be lower then your body is willing to go. Find out your body fat percentage and shoot for a healthy one of those. You may be suprised to find 115-120 is actually a healthy weight for you (I have no clue your body fat % so those are just numbers) and that is why your body is slow to lsoe.
